96.7 THE VINE ’s/WIII/WQNY’s /Z95.5/The Buzzer’s Labatt- Rock Star for a Year is a register to win contest that will run , August 18, 2014 6:00am through Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 4:00pm (hereinafter referred to as “contest”) in which 1 entrant will win.
The prizes include pairs of tickets or certificates, for at least one event monthly from September 2014 to August 2015. Events and sponsors include Newman Golf Course, Syracuse Football, Cornell University Athletics, Darien Lake, Regal Cinemas, concert tickets, Labatts Prize Packs and one Grand Slam Sub from Shortstop in Ithaca per month. Rock Star Minimum Prizes and Values:
- 4 Labatt Prize Packs-$226.52
- 2 gift certificates for 18 holes for 18 holes of golf for 2 with cart from Newman Golf Course- $116-valid only one in September and one in October 2014
- 3 pair of lift tickets for Greek Peak-$600-Valid only one pair per month January, February, March 2015

Minimum value of the package is no less than $1672.50.

- The grand prize is not transferable has no cash value.

Listeners of 96.7 THE VINE/WIII/WQNY/Z95.5/The Buzzer will, therefore, be competing with listeners of 96.7 THE VINE/WIII/WQNY/Z95.5/The Buzzer to win the same prize.

- You must be 21 or older and have not won anything on 96.7 THE VINE/WIII/WQNY/Z95.5/The Buzzer in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. All associated taxes are the winner’s responsibility.
Employees of 96.7 THE VINE/WIII/WQNY/Z95.5/The Buzzer, Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications of New England LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a 75 mile radius of the 96.7 THE VINE/WIII/WQNY/Z95.5/The Buzzer main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

You must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Ithaca cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.
Ithaca reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Ithaca reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.
Employees of Ithaca, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to Ithaca the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Ithaca reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
