I-100’s “Super Dad Man of Steel” is an online contest that will run Monday, 6/3/13 at 6:00am through Wednesday 6/13/13 at 11:59pm (hereinafter referred to as “contest”) in which 1 entrant will win:
- CP Cash and Carry Meat Package valued at $100
- A gas grill from Cortland Sears
- Gift card to Regal Cinemas valued at $44.00
A. Contestant may enter contest online at i100rocks.com by filling out a submission form and submitting one photo of their Dad Monday, 6/3/13 at 6:00am through Thursday 6/13/13 at 11:59pm
B. The person in the photograph must be a relative of the person submitting the entry. You also warrant that the photo is your original work, does not violate the copyright or any other personal or property right of any third party, and you have obtained any and all releases and permissions necessary for intended use.
C. One Entry per household.
D. I-100 has the final say of what content is appropriate for the website. Inappropriate photos will be disqualified.
E. Any photographs submitted to I-100 becomes the property of I-100 and may be used in any manner we feel appropriate in the future.
F. 1 winner will be chosen (by the I-100 station staff), at random and notified on 6/14/13 by telephone. Winner will receive:
- CP Cash and Carry Meat Package valued at $100
- A gas grill from Cortland Sears
- Gift card to Regal Cinemas valued at $44.00
G. All general I-100 contest rules apply unless otherwise stated and can be viewed at i100rocks.com. You must be 18 or older have not won anything on WYXL in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Prizes will be available for pick up starting 6/14/13 at the I-100 studios, 1751 Hanshaw Road, Ithaca New York
Employees of I-100 , Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications of New England LLC, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the I-100 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Ithaca cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.
Ithaca reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Ithaca reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.
Employees of Ithaca, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to Ithaca the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Ithaca reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or Ithaca. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM and Ithaca are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Ithaca reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
